Cauliflower Cloud with Pata Negra

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream

  • 4 slices of Pata Negra ham
