Cheesecake Recipe: Spanish Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Put in the freezer while making the filling.
