Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 3 packages (24 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour mixture into the pre-made crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  8. Spread cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
