Cherry Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cherry brandy
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfingers

Instructions:

  6. Dip the remaining ladyfingers into the espresso, and then layer them in the baking dish over the mascarpone mixture.
  7. Spoon the remaining cherry mixture over the ladyfingers and spread it evenly over the top.
  8. Spoon the remaining mascarpone mixture over the cherries and spread it evenly over the top.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  10. When ready to serve, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder, and enjoy!
