Cherry tomatoes with pastis Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons of pastis
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the pastis, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cherry tomatoes and toss to coat evenly.
