Chickpea Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

- Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer the soup to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth in batches.
- Return the soup to the saucepan and heat over low heat until heated through.
