Chiffon Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 7 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup water

- 7 egg whites
