Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 package fish-shaped crackers
  • Assorted candy decorations, like Smarties or M&Ms
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • Food coloring

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate, cream, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the hazelnuts.
  2. Line a small, fish-shaped mold with plastic wrap. Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until the chocolate is set.
