Chocolate King Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 small Plastic Baby figurine
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • Purple, Green and Gold Sanding Sugar Sprinkles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Mix chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl until batter is smooth.
  3. Fold in semisweet chocolate chips into the batter. Stir well.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
