Chocolate Kiwi Lollipops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced horizontally into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 8 oz. dark chocolate
  • 8-10 lollipop sticks
  • Toppings (optional): chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Lay kiwi slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Poke a lollipop stick into the flat end of each kiwi slice.
  4. Dip each slice into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat both sides.
  5. Sprinkle toppings over the chocolate while it’s still wet.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
