Chocolate Kiwi Lollipops Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced horizontally into 1/2 inch rounds
- 8 oz. dark chocolate
- 8-10 lollipop sticks
- Toppings (optional): chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles
Instructions
- Lay kiwi slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Poke a lollipop stick into the flat end of each kiwi slice.
- Dip each slice into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat both sides.
- Sprinkle toppings over the chocolate while it’s still wet.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
