Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp of butter
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth. Set aside to cool.
