  5. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture, in two batches, until just combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder to serve.
