Chocolate Pancakes: Gourmet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and ladle 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and continue cooking for another minute or until cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
