Chocolate-Praline Mousse with Lace Crepe Crumbs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut praline paste
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lace crepe crumbs

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
