Chocolate Soufflés Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, plus more for the ramekins
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus more for the ramekins
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions:

- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the soufflés have risen and the tops are set.
- Dust the soufflés with confectioners’ sugar and serve immediately.
