Chocolate Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped

Steps:

  9. Pour the chocolate filling into the tart shell and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
