Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups pitted cherries or other fresh fruits
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Butter a 9-inch pie dish or other round baking dish.

  6. Let the clafoutis cool for a few minutes on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
