Clafoutis with Cherries: Traditional Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups pitted cherries

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.

- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish. Scatter the cherries on top of the batter and gently press them slightly to submerge them halfway into the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
