Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds)
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 onion, quartered

- 1 lemon, halved
Instructions
