Coconut Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can of full-fat coconut milk (400ml)
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
- Open the can and spoon out the thick coconut cream into a mixing bowl. Reserve the leftover coconut water for another use.
