Cocotte Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and let cool in the muffin/cocotte tin for 5 minutes before transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
