Cod and Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
