Pasta with Smoked Pancetta Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pasta
- 1/2 pound of smoked pancetta, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add pasta and cook it al dente according to package instructions.
