Ingredients:
- 1 cup of strong coffee, cooled
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of granulated sugar

Instructions:

- Roll up the cake, starting at one short end, into a spiral and let cool completely.
- Once cool, unroll the cake and spread whipped cream or frosting of your choice over the surface.
- Roll the cake back up into a spiral and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Dust the top with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
