Compote of Dried Fruits Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup dried prunes
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 4 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, combine the dried fruits, water, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
