Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 ounces of chocolate, chopped into small pieces

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra granulated sugar for caramelizing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
