Ingredients:

  • 8-10 crepes
  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g cannelloni pasta

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the minced beef and brown it. Cook until no longer pink.

  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through and the crepes are golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with grated cheese and fresh parsley.
