Crispy Rose Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup rose syrup
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose extract
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the coffee, sugar, and rose syrup. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and place them in a single layer in a 9-inch square dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In another mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla and rose extracts and mix well.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Pour half of the cheese and cream mixture over the ladyfingers in an even layer.
  8. Sprinkle half of the chopped pistachios over the cream layer.
  9. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the cream and pistachio layer.
  10. Add the remaining cheese and cream mixture and spread it in an even layer.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top.
  12. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Serve chilled garnished with edible rose petals.
