Croquembouche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (50g) white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250ml) caramel sauce

Instructions:

  5. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. To assemble, dip the top of each puff in the caramel sauce and arrange them in a cone shape. Then drizzle caramel sauce over the top and serve.
