Crostini Chorizo-Mozzarella Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, casing removed and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
