Ingredients:
- 500g Jerusalem artichokes, scrubbed and sliced into rounds
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
