Curry Crab Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
