Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. of scallops
  • 1 lb. of white fish, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp, scallops, and white fish to the bowl and toss to coat the seafood in the citrus marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow the seafood to marinate.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the seafood mixture to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the shrimp is pink and the scallops are opaque.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
