Donuts – Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Begin by sifting together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract.
