Duo of Dark Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, pecans)
Steps:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a microwave in 20-second increments, stirring well after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
