Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  3. Take one mini meringue nest and squeeze a dollop of chestnut puree on top of it.
  4. Place a spoonful of the whipped cream on top of the chestnut puree.
  5. Repeat with the remaining meringue nests, chestnut puree, and whipped cream.
