Eggless Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 24-30 ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar together until stiff peaks form.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to the mixture and beat until smooth and well combined.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the cooled brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.

- Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and place them on top of the cream mixture, creating a second layer.
- Add the remaining mascarpone cream mixture on top.
- Sift the cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisu, covering the entire surface.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
