Eggless Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 24-30 ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar together until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese to the mixture and beat until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the cooled brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and place them in a 9×9 inch dish, covering the bottom of the dish with a layer of soaked ladyfingers.
  5. Add half of the mascarpone cream mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
  6. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and place them on top of the cream mixture, creating a second layer.
  7. Add the remaining mascarpone cream mixture on top.
  8. Sift the cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisu, covering the entire surface.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
