Ingredients:

  • 250g Farfalle pasta
  • 200g Tuna steak, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • 1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed fresh greens
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan or grill, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned on the surface but still raw in the center. Set aside to cool.
