Feather Millefeuille Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (such as raspberries or blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Edible feathers (can be found at specialty baking stores or online)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 3 equal rectangles.
  3. Place the rectangles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove the puff pastry from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. To make the whipped cream, pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.

  9. Finally, place the third rectangle on top of the second layer of whipped cream.
  10. Decorate the top of the millefeuille with fresh berries and edible feathers.
  11. Drizzle honey over the top of the millefeuille for added sweetness.
