Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed dried fruits (apricots, raisins, dates)
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
