Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:
