Fish Tartare Recipe with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of fresh fish (tuna, salmon or any firm white fish)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of lime or lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1-2 chili peppers (optional), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:
