Ingredients

  • 1 sea bream (approx. 600g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the sea bream by removing the scales, gills, and internal organs. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Lay a sheet of aluminium foil (around 30x40cm) on a baking tray.
  4. Place the sea bream in the center of the foil, with the sliced garlic and lemon inside its belly.
  5. Add the rosemary sprigs on top of the fish, and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Season the sea bream with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Wrap the aluminium foil tightly around the sea bream, making sure there are no gaps.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bream is cooked through.
  9. Carefully remove the sea bream from the foil and transfer to a serving plate.
