Fresh Summer Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of fresh bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
