Fried Chicken with Quick Mayo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 chicken pieces (thighs, legs, or breasts)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In another shallow dish beat the eggs with milk.
  5. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
