Fried paccheri


Recipe: Fried Paccheri

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Paccheri pasta
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Paccheri pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a shallow dish, put the flour.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs.

  8. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
