Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 70g caster sugar
  • 240g honey
  • 200g unsalted pistachios
  • 100g pine nuts
  • 200g heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and roast the pine nuts and pistachios for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff.
