Ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon
  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 1 small cantaloupe melon
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Directions:

  1. Cut the watermelon, honeydew melon and cantaloupe melon into halves.
  2. Scoop out the flesh using a melon baller and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries to the bowl.
