Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 wooden skewers

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry all the fruits properly. Cut the apple into thin slices and remove the seeds from the center.
  2. Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Peel the kiwi and dice it into small cubes.
  4. Rinse the blueberries and strawberries under cold water and pat them dry.
  5. Take one wooden skewer and insert a slice of apple at the bottom, then alternate with an orange piece, a blueberry, a kiwi cube, a strawberry and repeat until the skewer is full, leaving only an inch of the skewer empty on top.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining skewers and fruits.
  7. Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl until combined.
