Genoa Bread with Orange and Almond Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g strong white bread flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 7g dried active yeast
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 200g ground almonds
  • 300ml warm water
  • 50ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dried active yeast.
  2. Add the honey, orange zest, ground almonds, warm water, and olive oil.
